Return window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

How to start a return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and send return instructions within 24 hours.

Item condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached.

Return shipping: You cover the cost of return shipping, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
