These Terms of Service govern your use of mycookiescloset.com and your purchases from My Cookies Closet, 5904 Woodman Ave Apt 203, Van Nuys, CA 91401 ("we," "our," or "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing

We sell baby and toddler essentials — clothing, blankets, toys, and everyday gear — sourced from third-party suppliers. We work to describe every product accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from photos. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or pricing was listed in error — and will refund any amount paid for a cancelled order.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing, within the United States. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions described on our Returns page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and design belong to My Cookies Closet or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and images belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability
